By MARCUS DE LA ROSAThe Miami Dolphins are reportedly exploring a sale of their luxury resort and luxury villas in Florida.ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Monday that the Dolphins are considering selling all of their villas and resort-style accommodations, with a number of villas currently under contract.
While the Dolphins could sell their villa-style properties, it appears that they might want to keep their luxury villa property in place as well.
A source with knowledge of the Dolphins’ thinking told ESPN that they have considered keeping the luxury villagas but have decided not to pursue the sale of the villas.
The Dolphins will likely be seeking a buyer in the upcoming days, as the team prepares to host a preseason game on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
The team has reportedly begun selling off items from its hotel-style facilities, including suites, suites and the Dolphins Training Center.
The Miami-Dade County property is listed on the Miami-Amorosa real estate site.
