When I moved to Santa Barbara, my first real vacation was to the Villas of Dendroica in Ventura County, California.
I could afford to go there, but I had no idea how it was going to turn out.
The villas were stunning.
But there was one thing I couldn’t find anywhere else: a bedroom.
The villas at Villas Dendrobica are one of the few private homes in the city of Ventura.
But in the past few years, a handful of residents have been forced to move out.
Here are the most shocking stories you won’t want to miss.
I live in a luxury villa in Ventura.
I paid $1,200 for my apartment.
When I bought it, I thought I’d rent it out.
But, after a year, I found out it was a luxury unit.
I was shocked to learn the price was going up.
I don’t think there are many places in the country where you can get that kind of money for the value of the property.
It’s hard to get a rental in a neighborhood like this.
So, I went back to the villas to find a place that had all the amenities.
The place I found was a little overpriced.
I spent $1.3 million for the unit.
My son was born on this one.
The family is in the middle of a lawsuit.
They say the villa is worth $2 million and is still in the market.
When the family was going through divorce, I was working as a lawyer.
My wife is in law school, and we’re both divorced.
We had a very good relationship, but it turned sour after a while.
I started having issues with my children.
When they were children, I didn’t get along with my wife, and I started to resent her.
I thought she was taking advantage of me and my children, so I said, “I’ll give you my money.”
The couple says they’re considering moving out of the Villases of Dendingroica and moving to a larger home in the nearby town of Santa Ana.
I don’t know if that would be the best thing for the family.
But we’re just trying to make sure we’re happy.
We had the best place to raise our kids.
The neighborhood is beautiful, and it’s not too far from downtown.
We went to the zoo, went to Disney World, and spent time with my kids.
But I’m not happy.
I just feel like I’m living in a bubble.
I’m just so out of touch.
It feels like a dream to be able to live in one of these places.
