NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Pelicans and Cleveland Browns announced their joint preseason training camp roster on Tuesday.
The Pelicans are set to open their camp at the Marriot Arena on June 17 against the Miami Dolphins.
The Browns are set for a weeklong preseason opener on June 22 against the Buffalo Bills.
New Orleans (3-3) is coming off a 101-93 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night in which the Pelicans shot 50.7 percent from the field, including 13-of-21 from 3-point range.
Cleveland (3,1) is expected to be without guard Josh Smith, who suffered a concussion in the first half against the Bulls and has been ruled out for a minimum of four weeks.
The Saints, who had three rookies participate in the practice, have five players on the roster, including three rookies, four rookies, a second-round draft pick and a second round pick.
Pelicans rookie forward Terrance Ferguson (13.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists) and second-year forward Tyler Lydon (14.6 points, 8.8 boards, 1.8 assists) will be among those on the practice roster.
