VILLAS BELLA, Calif.
— The Callaway Village villas at the Bellas Golf and Country Club are undergoing major renovations beginning in 2019.
The project, which is expected to be completed in 2019, is scheduled to bring improvements to the villas amenities including the landscaping, the indoor pools and clubhouse, according to the golf club.
The renovations are expected to include a new landscaped patio, new bathrooms, more indoor play areas and additional dining options.
The golf course, which sits at the edge of the Belden Reservoir and is a popular weekend destination for golfers and locals, is also undergoing major renovation in 2019 and will be fully reopened in 2021.
Callaway Golf and Golf Club president Mike Callaway said the golf course will undergo major renovations in 2019 in order to improve its quality of life and provide the golf community with a unique experience.
“We’re excited to be bringing these improvements to our golf community in 2019,” Callaway told The Associated Press.
“The renovations are a tremendous boost to our community.
The Callaways will continue to have the best amenities and amenities in the golf resort.
We’ll have the world-class golf club that we know and love and we’ll have some great amenities for families and kids to enjoy.”
Callaway also announced that the Callaway Resort will be opening a new indoor-and-outdoor pool in 2019 as well.
The new pool, designed by Robert Hirsch, will feature six indoor-only pools and a water feature designed for kids.
Callaways amenities include a 24-hour medical clinic, a playground, fitness center, and a fire pit.
The resort is located at 7805 Beldens Point Road in Beldenses Point, just outside of Laguna Hills.
The clubhouse at Callaway is being converted into a clubhouse and the resort will begin offering a wide variety of outdoor activities such as volleyball, ice skating, basketball and softball.
Callbacks amenities include two pools and the latest technology, which includes Bluetooth and GPS technology.
Callback Resort President and CEO Steve DeVos said the Callaways renovation plan will be complete by 2019 and the clubhouse renovations are scheduled to begin in 2021 at which point the clubhouse will be completely reopened.
“It’s a real milestone for the resort to be opening its doors to our guests, and we’re so happy to welcome back some of our favorite guests to enjoy the many amenities at Callaways Resort,” DeVoz said.
Callers amenities include three fully-equipped golf clubs, five outdoor dining areas, four indoor pools, a new fitness center and a clubhouse, as well as a 24/7 medical clinic.
The renovated Callaway Villas Golf Club will open in 2019 after several years of renovations.
Call, who has a family of six, said the renovations will allow for the Resort to continue to offer a variety of services.
Call also said the renovation will create a great community and welcome new families.
Call said the upgrades to the Callway, Beldes Point and Laguna Vista golf courses will allow Callaway to continue providing golf enthusiasts and families the unique amenities and facilities they love, including amenities such as an indoor pool, indoor- and outdoor-only playing fields, the latest fitness technology, a clubhouse with a full range of amenities, and additional amenities for kids, including a new water feature.
Call’s plans call for improvements to all aspects of the resort, including the clubhouse, the clubhouse landscaping and clubhouse improvements, which are scheduled for completion in 2019 through 2021.
The Resort will reopen Callaway on Sept. 1, 2021.
